Despite this progress, Egypt’s PropTech ecosystem remains fragmented, with startups, enablers, and industry players lacking a structured platform for collaboration. To bridge this gap, JRNY and Meta Spaces are launching the PropTech Enablement Program, starting with the first PropTech Community of Practice Retreat across the Egyptian and Saudi PropTech ecosystems. This retreat will bring together decision-makers and thought leaders from the industry’s key sectors to explore challenges, gaps, and opportunities.
